How we support people
We have a long history of providing support to enable people to develop their skills, confidence and independence. Our services are aimed at helping people to become more involved in their communities and to be able to have a part to play in the activities going on around them.
Through Supported People funding and our work with partner organisations we have worked to increase access to appropriate services, advice and opportunities for potential and current clients.
Our work focusses on wellbeing and enabling people to be more independent, empowered and included.
- Individual rights and responsibilities of everyone we support.
- Social justice and diversity.
- Involvement, openness and accessibility.
- High standards of excellence
