Ending your tenancy

House keys If you would like to end your tenancy, you need to give us 4 weeks notice by writing us a letter.

You need to include your full name and current address and the letter must be signed by you.

If you have a joint tenancy, both tenants will need to sign the letter.

We will still charge you rent, even if you give less than 4 weeks notice.
