The Right to Buy & Right to Acquire are ending

Following the recent Abolition of the Right to Buy and Associated Rights (Wales) Act 2018, the Welsh Government require us to provide information to all tenants to whom this may be relevant. The Act will end people's right to purchase their Gwalia home on 26th January 2019 (or on 24th March 2018 if you moved into a new Gwalia property since 26th September 2017).

We believe you may be affected by these changes.

Please see the information on the Welsh Government website for more details on this change, to establish if you may be eligible to purchase your home and what you need to do before the deadline.

If after reading the information you believe you are eligible to purchase your home please email
